...sorry, it is one of 'those' EU-regulations that mean good but are made extremely poor and result in many bad things - like lawers sending out huge bills in case we do not include an information like this on our - otherwise really nice! - website...

Our bee-keeping adventure started…

…many years ago, when we were thinking about how to improve our ‚ecological conscience‘ - how to gain a better karma through much more respectful care for our environment.

One day - when we also thought about bee-keeping as a means to improve the quality of our and our surroundings life - we came across a book named ‚Einfach Imkern‘ (which has several meanings in german, like ‚Simply keep bees’ & ‚bee-keeping simple‘).

The year after we’ve read that book our adventure started with a course at the ‚Landwirtschaftschule Landsberg‘ (Agriculture School Landsberg). Right from the beginning the teachers encouraged the students to start bee-keeping while still learning the first steps in school.

So, we received our first five beehives in 2014…
